Angel of Death

Another Touhou Project artwork. "Utsuho Reiuji" aka. "Okuu" from 東方地霊殿　～ Subterranean Animism again.

This time I've twisted the concept of her from previous work that I make her meltdown everything like a "nuclear blast" like, to be something looks rougher, radiated and contaminated. as we knew her as "nuclear bird"

From wiki, the original design of her right foot is encased in congealed matter, representing the "elephant's foot" of Chernobyl, a mass of cooled radioactive material and glass. but I re-design it to looks more modern and heavy-like, representing the "Shelter Structure", a massive steel and concrete structure covering the nuclear reactor of Chernobyl in the images of "Armor" instead.
Her left ankle is still the same concept of getting orbited by electrons tube.

Still, we all know her power is "create heat like the sun and manipulation of the nuclear fusion which means It's a clean power" but I think make her look more radiation deadly is way cooler.
